Both pieces are crafted in indigo dyed organic cotton poplin and hand block printed using dabu - a mud-resist technique where paste is applied to the fabric, which is then dyed, the paste removed, to reveal its pattern. Motifs drawn from window grills and tiles. Endlessly versatile, elevated by the slow craft behind it.
